Returns and Exchanges Policy

Our return and exchange policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction and to comply with consumer protection laws in all countries we ship to.

We offer exchanges or refunds for items that:

  • Arrive with manufacturing defects
  • Are damaged in transit
  • Are different from what was ordered

If you receive a product under these conditions, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and, if possible, supporting photos.

After receiving your request, our quality control team will evaluate the case. If the issue is confirmed, you may choose one of the following options:

  • A full refund
  • A replacement of the same item
  • A similar product of equal value
  • A store credit voucher for future use

Important Timeframes:

  • The deadline to request a return or exchange is up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after confirmation by our quality control team.
  • If paid by credit card, banks may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect the refund.

Shipping Costs:

  • If the issue is confirmed (defective, wrong, or damaged product), we cover return shipping costs.
  • If the return is for personal reasons (e.g. change of mind, wrong size ordered), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Returns Not Accepted:

  • Returned items without prior communication
  • Items returned outside the allowed timeframes
  • Items used, without tags, missing parts, or without the original invoice
  • Items denied after quality inspection will be returned to the customer at their expense.

This policy complies with the core consumer rights legislation in all countries we serve, including:
